Compliance Factory Auditor - Garment

·        Perform CSR audit schemes.

·        Undertake general and basic social compliance assessments based on Namyang Vendor social compliance assessment procedures and specific client expectations outlined in Field Instruction.

·        Follow and ensure timely completion of audit reports/surveillance.

·        Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance

·        Interact and provide collaboration within factory compliance and other departments at both to ensure the day-to-day audit execution going in a smooth manner.

·        Other audit-related works assigned by reporting officer.

·        Deliver quality report according to RS&S dep’t.

·        Maintain knowledge of social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws;

·        Interactions primarily with internal team members, such as training, coordinator and administrative. Maintain knowledge of social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws.

·        Work with team members(co-assessors) to accomplish tasks during on site assessment and reporting process.

·        Adhere to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
