1. Recruitment and Employment
- Carry out recruitment process for office staff and workers from the job posting, coordination of test/interview procedure, candidate sourcing... to effective employment for assigned open positions, towards both external and internal candidates;
- Be responsible for following up and filling in vacancies as assigned; ensuring the quality of candidates’ selection to meet the company’s requirements;
- Develop talent pool for various key positions for the identified needs above;
- Identify the most efficient channels for each assigned recruitment position;
- Manage applicant information in recruitment database in proper manner;
- Produce recruitment reports, competitor surveys and other ad-hoc reports as requested;
- Coordinate or join in indoors or outdoors recruitment events (job fairs, seminars...);

- HR Database: Input and maintain data in HR
- Induction & orientation: ensure that induction and orientation for new employees are properly carried out.
- To make employment contract management in regard to issuance, revision and renewal of contracts; follow up issuance of personnel related letters (salary adjustment, promotion, transfer, resignation acceptance, dismissal…)
- Filing & records management: responsible for the proper maintenance of all employees’ files, maintain and keep records of all employees (annual leave, attendance…)
2. General Affairs
- Responsible for general affair function. In charge of cleaning, gardening service,
providing office equipment.
- Daily manage 5S in main office, pantries, meeting rooms...
- Control the notice board to ensure all employees updated with useful information
- Hotel & flight ticket booking
- Postage & stationery control.
- Arrange visas, apply work permit for expatriates, temporary resident cards and other necessary documentations. Assist employee in applying visa, passport, skill licenses and etc.
- Control administrative costs such as telephone, internet, electricity, office equipment, water charge, stationery, transportation, restaurant, express service…
- Monitor cleaning process.
- Canteen control.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduation of College or University, major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Law;
- At least 1 working years in HR field (General HR, Operation HR)
- English speaker is priority
- Knowledge of Labor Law;
- Ability to work independently and teamwork spirit;
- Responsibility and proactive manner.
- Skills in numerical and statistical analysis
- The ability to work as part of a team, an understanding and appreciation of other people's work disciplines.
- At least 1 working years in HR field (General HR, Operation HR)
- English speaker is priority
- Knowledge of Labor Law;
- Ability to work independently and teamwork spirit;
- Responsibility and proactive manner.
- Skills in numerical and statistical analysis
